In April 2000 Shearith Israel embarked on a strategic planning process. A committee was formed co-chaired by Peter Fonberg and Robert Feldman. Phil Migicovsky provided professional guidance in facilitating the entire process until its completion in May of 2001. The strategic plan is the blue print for moving our congregation forward in this new century to meet the ever growing challenges of Jewish life in Dallas. It addresses the core issues facing our congregation: Demography and Membership; Location, Spirituality, Education, Youth, Finances and Governance. You can read the final report as a PDF file.
