Rabbi Michele Sullum has been serving as our new Education Director since July of 2006. She is married to Jacob, and they have two daughters; twelve-year-old Francine and three-year-old, Meira. Rabbi Sullum joins us as our new Director of Education. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from University of California at Los Angeles in 1990. Rabbi Sullum also obtained dual degrees from the University of Judaism in Los Angeles in 1994 earning a Master of Arts in Education and a Masters in Hebrew Letters. She obtained her Rabbinic Ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York in 1999.

For the last five years, Rabbi Sullum has been the Judaic Studies Director at the Gesher Jewish Day School in Northern Virginia.
