Beginning at 9:30 on Shabbat mornings, join us for a lay-lead, informal, yet traditional Shabbat morning service in the Topletz Auditorium. Seating is in the round, and in place of a sermon, one of the rabbis leads a text-oriented discussion on the weekly Torah reading, a theme in Jewish life, prayer, or contemporary issues. Torah reading and davvening are lead by congregants and children. This warm, inclusive community regularly holds Shabbat lunches following services, and the atmosphere is geared to incorporate all ages.
