Congregation Shearith Israel has celebrated Bar and Bat Mitzvah milestones with warmth and joy since our very first Bar Mitzvah in 1884. Each student’s journey is a sacred moment in the life of our congregation, and we are honored to share it with your family.
Hazzan Zhrebker oversees our dedicated team of tutors and meets personally with every B’nei Mitzvah student to create an individualized plan that reflects each child’s unique learning style and goals. He serves as a guide throughout the process, ensuring steady progress and meaningful preparation.
Our clergy, staff and tutors are committed to making your family’s B’nei Mitzvah day personal, significant, and spiritually uplifting – a celebration that honors your child’s growth and your family’s connection to Jewish life.
