Meditation Shabbat
Hazzan Itzhak Zhrebker and Debra Lewis Kaplan, an integrative psychotherapist, lead an alternative short service exploring knowing and connecting to God and meditating and connecting to the divine spark within and beyond. Each session will focus on different aspects and techniques of meditation including prayer, breathwork, and guided imagery. Come open your soul and mind. This service is perfect for those who want to gain both more of an understanding of the prayers and find new pathways into prayer through easy-to-learn and easy-to-sing melodies.
