Many of us have felt the satisfaction of helping another person find work. When Maimonides listed the eight rungs of the ladder of tzedakah, he put helping someone find employment at the very top. “The highest of all is someone who provides a gift or a loan or a business partnership or in some other way helps a job seeker find employment.” Today that some other way is often Linkedin.
